Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kerythos AI ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the website at kerythos.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"). We are committed to transparency and to collecting as little personal information as possible. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Effective date: June 5, 2026

1. Summary

In short: the Site is a static, informational website. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you automatically beyond the standard technical data described below. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us, for example through our contact and waitlist form, which submits your details to our email and SMS marketing provider so we can respond and, if you opt in, send the updates you requested.

2. Information you provide

If you use the contact form or email us directly, you may provide:

  • your name;
  • your work email address;
  • your mobile phone number, if you opt in to receive SMS or text messages;
  • your company name;
  • the department or service you are interested in;
  • any other information you choose to include in your message.

When you submit the form, these details are sent to our email and SMS marketing provider (Mailchimp, an Intuit company), which processes and stores them on its systems in the United States under its own privacy terms; the static Site itself does not store or process them on its own servers.

3. Information collected automatically

Like virtually all websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider's servers may automatically record standard technical log data, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the date and time of access. This data is used for security, diagnostics, and keeping the Site reliable.

We may also use cookies and analytics tools, as described in the next section.

4. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Strictly necessary cookies may be used to make the Site work, for example, to remember your language preference.

We may use privacy-conscious analytics services to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are most viewed — so we can improve it. Where used, these tools may set cookies or collect usage data such as your approximate location, device, and pages visited. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and may set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they are sent; some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your request;
  • provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • understand how the Site is used, in aggregate;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

6. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information with:

  • service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you (such as our hosting provider and our email and SMS marketing provider, Mailchimp), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

7. Data retention

We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. Technical log and analytics data are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand that any information you send us will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • access or obtain a copy of that information;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. The only categories of personal information we collect are identifiers and professional/contact details you voluntarily send us, plus standard internet and usage data. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.

Other U.S. states

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal our decision. Contact us to exercise them.

12. SMS messaging and communications consent (TCPA)

When you contact us, you consent to receive responses related to your inquiry through the channels you provide, such as email or, if you give one, phone.

SMS and text messaging

We offer an SMS text messaging program. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box when you submit a form on the Site or when you register within the products and services we offer, you agree to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Depending on the program you opt into, these messages may include waitlist and early-access updates, account and service notifications, customer-care responses, and marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages; we will send one confirmation and then stop. For help, reply HELP, or contact us using the details in the Contact section below.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us operate the messaging program, such as our SMS delivery platform, and only to deliver the messages you asked for.

We obtain the consent required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws, and you can withdraw it at any time as described above.

13. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as our social-media profiles. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them with information.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" shown above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
